We are trying to get some very simple exams produced with Articulate to complete in a Plateau LMS. We have tried SCORM 1.2, 2004 ed. 2 and 2004 ed.3 test packages and none are completing. We are providing the content, and another company handles the LMS. I've tested all 3 sample packages on the scorm.com Rustici site, all packages work great there, but they never work on Plateau.
My quesitions are, if my content works on scorm.com test track, can I be fairly sure what I'm providing is correctly done? If so, what do I tell the LMS folks to try now? They are going to say it's the content, and I'm saying it's somthing in the LMS.
Any ideas appreciated.

Yes, if it worked in the test track on SCORM.com (Rustici) then it should work in your environment assuming there is not an issue with the LMS/SCORM Player.
If you would like to test in another SCORM Player just to make sure, you can use our LMS Demo site listed below. If is works in both of our LMS's and not yours, you should have good leverage to push back on the developer/support staff to fix the obvious issue.
Another thing to check is if your content is SCORM 1.3/2004 is the LMS? It could be that it is SCORM 1.2 conformant but not 2004.

Robert,
Thanks for the help. Late yesterday I figured out that the LMS in question works correctly only with the SCORM 1.2 API. Even then some of the SCORM 1.2 items still didn't throw a complete to the LMS. I finally found an incorrect setting for some of the learning objects involved. So once we corrected that, all the SCORM 1.2 test items started working.
I may try some of the test pieces in your LMS as well.
