Is there any test suite, software tool or any organization authorized to perform the following tests and give certificate:
- S1000D System Conformance Test (IETP, ...)
- S1000D Content Conformance Test (XML, CGM, ...)

There is no official body, test suite or committee that is charged with certifying S1000D-based products. Data modules must parse against the schemas/DTDs used in your production, and the performance of the IETMs should meet the requirements stated in the contract requirement documents.
S1000D implementation and conformance is decentralized compared to how SCORM offers conformance testing through the RTE. Each S1000D project verifies and validates its own conformance requirements.
