Orlando, Florida, 15 January 2008 - The Joint Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory (Joint ADL Co-Lab), sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and the Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) signed a Working Level Letter of Agreement (LOA).
