<br>I want to know the standard specification about SCORM 1.2 LMS.
<br>
<br>When user completes any course, it is moved to transcript or the learning history section of LMS. Now my question is what does the standard says after moving the course to transcript. Should the user be able to re-launch the course again from transcript? If yes then my doubts below:

<br>1. Does it bookmarks or are restarts itself. Is it a fresh start for user with all the LMS variables flushed to default values?
<br>
<br>2. after the course is launched does it bookmarks again?
<br>
<br>I have more doubts specific to the LMS which I am using, but I not exactly sure about what the standard says.
